1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

• “We”, “Us”, “Our” or “FPUK” means Feed Pets UK Ltd, trading as Feed Pets UK, Company Registration Number 13858617.

• “You” or “Your” means the customer purchasing products from us.

• “Products” means any goods listed for sale on our website, including any materials or components included with them. Postage and packaging charges are not included within the meaning of “Products”.

• “Website” means https://www.feedpetsuk.co.uk.

• “Contract” means the agreement between you and us for the purchase of Products.

3. Prices

3.1 The price of each Product is shown on the Website and confirmed in your order confirmation email.

3.2 All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

3.3 Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown separately at checkout before you complete your order.

4. Placing an Order

4.1 When you add Products to your basket, complete the checkout process and click the order confirmation button, you are making an offer to purchase the selected Products at the price shown, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

4.2 A Contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. If we do not accept your order, for example because a Product is unavailable or there is an error in pricing, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund any payment taken.

4.3 You must be at least 18 years old to purchase Products from our Website.

4.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, where payment has not been received, or where a Product is unavailable.

5. Payment

5.1 We accept payment by bank transfer, PayPal or cash for eligible local orders.

5.2 For online orders, payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.

5.3 If paying by bank transfer, please use the reference provided at checkout so that we can identify your payment.

6. Delivery

6.1 Once your order has been confirmed and payment has been received, we will aim to dispatch your order in line with the delivery option selected at checkout.

6.2 Orders where payment is received before 2pm, Monday to Friday, will normally be dispatched on our next scheduled dispatch day. Orders received after 2pm will normally be handled on the following working day.

6.4 Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier delays, weather, public holidays or other events outside our reasonable control. Where possible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery solution.

6.5 We deliver within the United Kingdom only.

6.6 Risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to you on delivery.

7. Cancellations, Returns and Faulty Products

This section is important to add if you do not already have a separate returns policy.

7.1 If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your Products, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

7.2 To cancel, please contact us by email at feedpetsuk@gmail.com, providing your order number.

7.3 Returned Products must be unused, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. Certain items, such as opened food, treats or hygiene-sensitive products, may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

7.4 You are responsible for the cost of returning Products unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

7.5 If a Product arrives damaged, faulty or is not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where appropriate. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.

7.6 Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.

8. Liability

8.1 We are responsible for loss or damage caused by our negligence or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

8.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8.3 We are not liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable, or for any loss caused by events outside our reasonable control.

9. Law and Jurisdiction

9.1 These Terms and Conditions and any Contract are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

9.2 The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions or a Contract.

10.1 We take your privacy seriously. Please see our Privacy Policy for details of how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

11. Copyright and Website Use

11.1 All content on this Website, including text, images, logos, design and layout, is owned by or licensed to Feed Pets UK Ltd.

11.2 You may view, download and print content from the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

11.3 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any part of the Website for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
