Delivery & Collection

Free next-day delivery is available in Reading on all orders over £15.

We also offer local pickup- simply follow the instructions provided at checkout.

Orders placed before 2pm on a weekday will be dispatched on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, depending on the chosen delivery option. Your expected delivery date will be included in your order confirmation email.

Please note: Royal Mail couriers operate Monday to Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays. This does not apply to local Reading deliveries.

Shipping charges are based on Royal Mail rates. You can view current Royal Mail parcel options and prices here.

Shipping to Mainland UK

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email or text message.

When your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number by email or text.

On the delivery day, Royal Mail will send you an email and/or text message with the estimated delivery time and location.

Please make sure you provide a valid email address and phone number, so we and our courier can keep you updated.

Delivery estimates are shown in your order confirmation email.

Haven’t Received Your Order Confirmation?

If you have not received a confirmation email, it may be because:

The order was not completed — this can happen if there was an issue with payment. Please check your payment method and bank statement to confirm whether payment was taken.
The email address entered was incorrect — your order will still be processed, but please contact us as soon as possible so we can update your details.

We strongly recommend providing a telephone number with your order, so we can contact you quickly if there are any issues.
